I called Clark Brothers a couple of years ago when I noticed a piece of wood on the ground after a storm. Stefan called me back and came out to discuss. He did a very thorough examination of the roof and discovered a hole at the top near the chimney that we were not aware of. He applied an emergency patch and worked with us to document the rest of the damage in place. Shane, Mitchell, and team delivered! They were out multiple times prior to the install, (Brad, too) - performed original inspection, met with insurance inspector, delivered samples, met again to discuss attic vent issues, and again for prep the day before install. And, Mitchell MOWED MY GRASS while I was away (mower was in the yard to mow later that day, and while waiting for Shane he just mowed it. Seriously, in 90+ heat!) I use this company threw service master, and my basement area wasn't done right. A one day job turn into a month long job that wasn't completed right. The worker who did the job said that the supervisor Mr. Myles wanted him to cut corners. I had to hire another contractor to do the job right which this company got a free check and didn't do the job that they got paid for. Service master sent this company to my house so service master could get a kick back from Clark brothers.. I never will ever ... Read more
