I called Clark Brothers a couple of years ago when I noticed a piece of wood on the ground after a storm. Stefan called me back and came out to discuss. He did a very thorough examination of the roof and discovered a hole at the top near the chimney that we were not aware of. He applied an emergency patch and worked with us to document the rest of the damage in place. Shane, Mitchell, and team delivered! They were out multiple times prior to the install, (Brad, too) - performed original inspection, met with insurance inspector, delivered samples, met again to discuss attic vent issues, and again for prep the day before install. And, Mitchell MOWED MY GRASS while I was away (mower was in the yard to mow later that day, and while waiting for Shane he just mowed it. Seriously, in 90+ heat!)
