My insurance company sent me a letter tellling me my home and garage roof needed replacement or my insurance would be canceled. I found Steve Olson online and he came out and did an inspection, made a few minor repairs and then prepared a letter response to my insurer, telling them that my roof had a life expectancy of 7-9 years.
