We have replaced our roof, garage doors and furnace. This has been by far the easiest project we've done on our home. Transparent, No pressure, stress free sales and service. All employees from start to finish have been very friendly and helpful. Definitely speak with them if you need new windows.

We are very happy with Clear Choice. We had 18 new construction Provia windows installed in July 2023 and the crew was very good to work with. In December of 2023 when it got cold we started noticing frost on the inside of the frames. Upon further inspection we could see daylight between the sashes and frames. Provia had Clear Choice install larger seals which didn't solve the issue. Provia then blamed Clear Choice of improper installation. Clear Choice came back and reshimmed all the windows ... Read more

It was a pleasure working with you on your project and we really appreciate your patience with all the issues you had with the ProVia windows. We were extremely disappointed in how ProVia handled your issues, including placing the blame on our installaiton when in fact it was a manufacturing issue. We've since elected not to carry their windows due to their ongoing issues and poor customer service. But we know you'll enjoy these new OKNA windows much more in the long run.
