Overall, we had a great experience. Everyone had been very responsive to our phone calls and many questions. We feel confident with the quality of our new windows and appreciate the crews excellent work and our beautiful new windows.
We are very happy with Clear Choice. We had 18 new construction Provia windows installed in July 2023 and the crew was very good to work with. In December of 2023 when it got cold we started noticing frost on the inside of the frames. Upon further inspection we could see daylight between the sashes and frames. Provia had Clear Choice install larger seals which didn't solve the issue. Provia then blamed Clear Choice of improper installation. Clear Choice came back and reshimmed all the windows ... Read more
