Steve and his crew recently completed the bib system fiberglass insulation into the walls of our new construction home. They also blew cellulose into all the attic areas and spray foamed the rim joist areas. The things that impressed me the most though was how they prepped and sealed all the crucial areas with either caulking, foam boards or spray foam to add that extra air seal that completed a job well done.
