In one word "Outstanding" in all aspects! From prompt replies and followup to inquiries, sales presentation and estimate, measuring, communications. The OKNA brand windows and the Installers were also "outstanding", the wood trim (Amish provided), top notch installation products for weather proofing and sealing were used. Had all house windows installed in 2015. This winter I noticed gas bubbles on my living room windows. Called Clear Choice and they replaced all 4. The installer was very quick and friendly. I would highly recommend.
