The Clemens crew (Austin Eckert and others) arrived on time, got right to work, and did a great job of installing new gutters with gutter protection. They also did an excellent job of cleanup when they were finished. They were also friendly, so we had a couple of good conversations during the day.

Fast service, quality work, everyone very polite and friendly. Keep your property neat as they work and cleanup is through before they leave. Clemens really wants you to be 100% satisfied when they are finished and before they leave your property. Also, very good pricing for top notch quality work.

It is getting close to a year and roof still appears very good. Recommend project liaison all your people go through with one form preferred customer contact with a short wait for response unless absolutely time sensitive. I was contacted via USPS, text, email, and voicemail. I would hear from someone daily. It got so bad I felt harrassed. I would cringe even hearing the name Clemens.
