Every Clemens employee I've interacted with from the consult and quote, communication updates pre-work, the work itself, and communication post-work has been nothing but great! Prompt, quality work. Happy with the final result. Would have liked to have known about all the issues up front, which would have required a more in depth inspection of the roof before the consultation. Due to communication issues with the manufacturer/distributor of the shingles and not wanting to wait an additional three weeks, didn't get the color we initially selected.
