I had them come out for an estimate to replace all windows in my 1958 home (with original windows). The man they sent out was pushy and LOUD. When I asked a few questions, he asked if he could speak to someone "more reasonable" - asked if my husband or boyfriend was available. Told him that I own the home and I am the one making all decisions; he scoffed and asked if any of my male neighbors would be willing to "help out with decisions that women don't understand".
