They could return calls and give quotes. I had a rep come to house, to work up a quote, but I called 5 times over 4 months period of time leaving messages for him "Tim" and talked to others and no one ever called me back or gave me additional information or even the initial quote. We ended up spending about $15k with another company from Marion. Guess they missed out? It's hard seeing all of the great reviews though, because I'm unsure why they didn't want to call us back?
