The work seems to be excellent. The overall completion date was about a month later than we had discussed. They were excellent about following up on additional items that came up during the short process. I thought the price was high compared to what they charged other homeowners for the same work. Clemens was very responsive to everything except scheduling. When called and said they would be there, they were always very prompt.

Clemens is a great company with which to work — from Greg the estimator to Curtis the installer, to the telephone follow up, everything went smoothly. As an example of their excellence, Curtis and his helper explained exactly what they were going to do, asked me if I had any questions, and cleaned up after they finished. Curtis was polite, professional, and efficient. Well done!
