Very quick and professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Showed up when they said!!! Two days after they installed the roof, we had a huge wind storm that lasted three days. They came out during the storm, got on the roof, and insured the shingles stayed down. (In 30 degree weather).
What can i say... Clemens was very good throughout their process. My roof took some damage recently from a pretty nasty windstorm, and Rick was very courteous and patient with me answering my many questions during a consultation. I was scheduled promptly and Mike was very professional installing the section of shingles that were damaged/missing. Mike had very good customer service skills and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Clemens without a doubt.
