Professional, timely, and quality is how I'd describe my window repair/install work completed by coastal. Every step of the process was communicated well and the job was done in a day. There was some rot that had us thinking the worst but the installers at coastal cleaned it right out and made the house look immensely better with the updated vinyl trim. Setup an appointment for an evaluation but they never showed up. Contacted them after an hour an a half of the appointment to see if they were still coming and the lady on the phone told me no that because she wasn’t able to confirm the appointment But that wasn’t truth, I called them to confirm... If they don’t pick up or check their voice mail is not my problem. Anyway she said they had to reschedule but I told her no. I didn’t want to do business with people irresponsible people.

I had agreat experience with Coastal Windows when I had them install the windows on the first floor and for that reason I called them again when I was ready to install the ones on the second floor of my home. The installers arrived on time, wore their masks and maintained social distance, left everything as cleaned as they found it and were very professional overall. I recommend Coastal Windows for your windows job!
