Mike and Rob came out to give us a quote and we figured out we have a hole in our roof. They helped us to get a resolution quickly. Very thorough and easy to deal with. We were away when the work was done, and they contacted us about finding some additional damage that needed more work. Price was reasonable, and they threw in one item for free. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing or siding work.

My experience with Coastal windows and Exteriors is both good and bad. The installation of my new roof went quite well. They arrived on time and did a fine quick job. When it came to putting in the 4 windows and sliding patio door I ordered it was a different story. The windows arrived and were installed quickly and professionally but the slider was a mess. We got off to a slow start. One salesman refused to share the quote he'd built. The next one gave totals but not details. Then Mike Cinelli took over, and we have been very happy with the sales process ever since. Mike has been thorough, transparent, and patiently worked through every detail.
