While the sales process was the easiest and best part with Mike. The job itself and communication was a huge issue. I was ensured that I didn't need to be onsite and the crews had to keep on knocking on my tenants door for several different reasons. I was told there would be a change order for me to sign, there never was, the crew used some of my lumber leftover from something else and tried to charge me for it, so instead they just halved it to do that, even though the crew modified to use left...
