Excellent roof replacement by Coastal Windows & Exteriors in Kittery. Manager Steve Schofield provided great communication and went out of his way to help . The crew worked from dawn to dusk to ensure our home was watertight before an incoming northeaster. They replaced rotted trim and soffit, installed new GAF shingles beautifully, and left the property spotless. Highly recommend!
Just have an estimate so far to install a new window and potentially replace a couple others, but very impressed. I was contacted by Scott, who was very nice and got me scheduled quickly. Then Patrick called and was very nice and informed me once Connor was running a few mins behind in traffic, which he truly was all of 5 mins late, and then Connor was very friendly and professional and spent a bunch of time talking with me through my project, the options, and ways to make it more economical.
I am frankly appalled that Coastal required my HUSBAND to be present to look at replacing our front door. Like in some way I wasn't capable or authorized to make financial decisions for our family - which I assure you, I am both. For a company that totes the "woman owned business" credential, you really need to look at your business processes. You have lost a customer for life.
