My sales rep, Sara was on time, knowledgeable and personable. I have a strange situation and Sara was thorough and confirmed with someone that what I wanted could be done. Her proposal was perfect and was completed in short order. Of course, a wrinkle on my end came up and Sara changed the proposal and send along the new one asap.
