We haven’t had the work done yet but working with the salesman, Dan Gillette, so far has been a great experience. Straight, to the point, and patient with working out details and quotes for multiple jobs on the exterior of my house.
We had a sales team that came and sold us on turning a sunroom with old windows and door into a 4 seasons, fully sealed room. They promised it would be just like any other sealed room in the house. It's still only a seasonal room.
The wrong door was ordered three times. The initial appraisal was done in April and the project wasn't completed until November.

Jim was absolutely incredible, he brought sample window and showed us all possibilities. He explains very well and gives all possible discounts,now we are waiting for critical measurement appointment. Hope,it will be very good experience with Coastal windows company.
Dan is such a thorough and patient sales representative. He was informative, answered a zillion questions and emails; and all with a smile and no pressure. Dan is the reason I went with Coastal; I met with two other local companies and they were similar in pricing but did not have a Dan on their team. I am looking forward to having the job start in the spring.
