This review is only for the sales part of the process since the windows haven't been installed yet. Jim Faro came out in mid-October to give us an estimate on replacing some of our windows and was wonderful. He was patient, kind, professional, explained everything in detail, and answered all of our questions. Excellent experience from start to finish. Initial meeting went great and was informative of what to expect. Installation likewise was excellent. The old roof had more damage than first suspected but was still taken care of within a day. Everyone was professional and great to work with on this project. Will definitely use again for future projects.
