We have been working on selecting new windows with Jim Faro from Coastal for a number of weeks now and have decided to move forward with the installation of 23 new windows. Jim is very professional and knowledgeable about his products. He also doesn't mind cracking a few jokes every now and then too which is always good. While waiting for our Windows to be installed. So far we were very happy with the salesman’s Cooper Knights. He was a knowledgeable sales person, professional, punctual and responsive. He was very patient and nice to explain or answer all my questions. We are looking forward to see our new Windows soon.
