After requesting a window replacement quote online, I was called within the same day to schedule an appointment for a quote within the same week. Very responsive and quick! The two people who came to prepare the quote were able to show me samples, discuss materials, and provide the quote that same very day. I really appreciated the speed and efficiency. I am still seeking other quotes so I can’t judge any work at this time.

We haven’t had the work done yet but working with the salesman, Dan Gillette, so far has been a great experience. Straight, to the point, and patient with working out details and quotes for multiple jobs on the exterior of my house.

We had a sales team that came and sold us on turning a sunroom with old windows and door into a 4 seasons, fully sealed room. They promised it would be just like any other sealed room in the house. It's still only a seasonal room. The wrong door was ordered three times. The initial appraisal was done in April and the project wasn't completed until November. I am sorry for the delay in getting your door installed. The door was ordered incorrectly and that is on us and I apologize for that. In order for the porch to become a four season room it will take more than replacing a door. It will need to be insulated and heated. If you would like some recommendations on contractors who can perform this please feel free to reach out.
