I reached out online that I wanted an estimate on windows, immediately received a call to set up a time. I met with Dino and Carter 2 days later, they were excellent! Very nice, knowledgeable and talked us through the entire process of what to expect. They were thorough and honest with costing and financing as well. They did everything they could to get us within our price range and gave us options to get there.
I am happy with the product installed by Coastal Windows and Exteriors. Cody and Artem on their team are both very knowledgeable about the products offered and the team was able to answer questions I had. There were some delays with my order given the more complex nature of the project but overall am happy with the windows that were installed.
Overall I found them to be honest and staying true to their word about timelines and installation. The installers took care to protect my floors and furniture. A big shot out to Dino H for helping me through the process.
Called Dino again to replace basement windows and on exterior door. Below is a pic of one of my new windows. Dino is very honest a very kind person. No salesman pitch.
