We purchased our house last year newly renovated. Unfortunately, they did not upgrade the door. We had probably the worst, builder grade door you can imagine. You could see the light coming in around the frame, the door would be hot or cold to the touch and it did not shut properly. To top it off, it had no dead bolt!
