The sales process was like taking a class in window technology. We felt very reassured that we were making the right choice for our house and that the price was right for the quality. The only issue we had was scheduling the install (twice delayed, once unavoidable) which made the process slightly more difficult but even then their back office was communicative throughout and made a concerted effort to get it right following the mix-up. I called these guys to come to take a look at a skylight leak I had. The guy they sent out took 1 look at my roof (from the ground) and said I needed a whole new roof! It's 7 years old! Architectural style shingles. Great condition, just needed a skylight leak repaired not a whole new roof. The guy was a dishonest salesperson. I don't recommend this company. The kicker about it is that they keep on calling me with marketing calls asking if they can come over and tell me about all their services... Read more
