Overall we recommend Coastal Windows but we’ve had some frustrations with the process so far. We contacted them last Fall to help us finish upgrading our windows. We started the project a few years ago and had Soft Lite windows installed, which we love. We wanted to finish the rest of the house and knew we wanted to use Soft Lite again.
