We were told that Coastal windows took over the accounts for Penguin windows and 3 of the windows we had installed from them are failing. The gases or such between the panes has leaked and the windows are no longer clear. We've reached out to try and get them fixed but haven't received any response.

We had all the windows in our condo replaced by coastal. They did a good job with installation and cleanup. The windows that got delivered by the manufacturer where not exactly what we order but coastal worked with us and made it right. They also came back to repair something that we weren't happy with and that also went well.
