Our sales person, Griffin, was very nice and professional. I don't like that they make you sign that day since they can't be bothered to talk to you a second time, but we did it since we were ready. After measurements, they said it would probably take 4-6 weeks before they were ready to install. After 7 weeks, I had to reach out to them to schedule the installation since they hadn't contacted me.
