We purchased our house last year newly renovated. Unfortunately, they did not upgrade the door. We had probably the worst, builder grade door you can imagine. Our house presented a challenge to the roofing crew because of its height and the smallness of the yard. The roof itself is a single pitch with some decorative portions, a small porch and a low profile roof on an addition. The crew of about 10 removed all of the old shingles and installed a new GAF Timberline roof in just one day. They did a really nice job and were very nice people.
Coastal redid our roof, but wouldn't guarantee the existing skylights. Fair enough. But now one of them is leaking like a sieve, and I have been trying to get someone from Coastal to come talk to me about repair or replacement. I am not trying to have them do anything for free, just come look at it. If it needs to be replaced, so be it. But I have been getting the brush off and the run around for a MONTH, and I still don't even have an appointment for someone to come. Meanwhile the skylight... Read more
The siding installers were efficient, meticulous in their workmanship and worksite was cleaned after each work day. Igor and crew set the standard other contractors should strive for. I would highly recommend them. The Coastal window installers like wise were as good as the siding installers. Wife and I very satisfied with Coastal Windows and Exteriors.
