We had a great experience with Coastal. We had 4 new windows installed by them and they were extremely easy to work with from start to finish. The guys who came to do the installation were quick, but did a fantastic job. The windows are a huge improvement! I think their prices are higher than some, but the windows themselves are great and the customer service left me feeling like I was in good hands. I feel as if I got good value for my money overall.

They were very professional throughout the process, from initial product description and pricing through installation and clean-up. Great product, done quickly and efficiently with little mess, and made sure all was clean and working properly by the end. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with the service and quality.
