Our sales person, Griffin, was very nice and professional. I don't like that they make you sign that day since they can't be bothered to talk to you a second time, but we did it since we were ready. After measurements, they said it would probably take 4-6 weeks before they were ready to install. After 7 weeks, I had to reach out to them to schedule the installation since they hadn't contacted me. Hey Lindsay, We also responded to your Facebook review and have not heard back so I am also doing so here as well. We truly value you as a customer and apologize for your frustrations! If you would like us to exchange the door you have with one that slides in the other direction we will be happy to do so. The materials we use are delivered by the manufacturer so when something arrives broken it is out of our control but we could have at least checked in with you to let you know that we were sending out the replacement part you requested.
