We had storm doors installed by Coastal, and while the initial installation went smoothly, we ran into an issue where one of the doors wouldn't close properly. To their credit, they did come out to fix it once, but unfortunately, the problem wasn’t fully resolved. We submitted a second service request, and it's now been over two weeks without any update or response.
