Erik came out on a Sunday and took a look at my roof, said it was actually in pretty good shape just way to much insulation blocking the roofline vents. He helped me pull some back so we could see sunlight. He believed it was blocking ventilation. After the full inspection told me I could most likely get another couple years out of it. His knowledge and honestly is something we really admire and didn’t try to force a new roof on us like the first company we had out a few months ago

I did not get work done with them because my husband is away for three months on business and he has to be here for the decision process. Feels very antiquated. I have water damage that can’t wait 3 months. Lost a customer because it’s not the 1800s. Also they will not replace window sils unless I buy new windows. The windows are brand new. Crazy way to lose a customer.
