We are extremely happy with our new siding. Our house looks like brand new! We went with vinyl siding and had 2 windows replaced. Everyone we dealt with at Coastal was great. Communication was good, questions were answered quickly. It was very cold the week the siding was installed. The workmen showed up early every morning and worked until dark in freezing (single digit) temperatures. They did a fantastic job. We are happy with the materials. Contract was signed in August 13, 2025. Then they created a new contract in September. Took 3 weeks to come measure. Then they ordered windows a week after that. 11/3 and still waiting….they said it’ll be delivered 11/10. Almost 3 months but company said well as of the second contract it’s all working time lines. Production associate not the least bit helpful or empathetic. Go with a different company….

My screen was ripped during a roofing project next-door and with no questions asked Patrick came, took it away and a very short time later replaced it in my window.
