The process of choosing what we wanted, taking the time to explain the long term benefits of going with their product and the follow through fast installation, one day, no mess, all clean, in our more custom job. Overall very happy with the service and follow through support. The door is a true investment not only esthetically, but also financially, making a big difference in keeping the heat in.
