Replaced siding and all went well. For better or worse they are not like dealing with a small in town contractor. Their the same person who runs the business has wide construction knowledge and a variety of carpenter skills, they make the estimate through doing the actual job. Coastal was collectively responsive, hit their dates and numbers. They did a good job. Pricing seemed inline with others.

I couldn't have asked for better insight from Ewan about my home. I remember my kids telling me they could hear whistling through the windows in their bedroom, and I frankly just tried re-squaring the window by hand. With my house being a little older I had single pane windows and it just wasn't cutting it. Ewan showed me great options and made sure we didn't miss anything from framing to window style. Overall happy with the experience. Windows replaced and roof replaced. Windows are of superior quality and very happy with the install speed and professionalism. Roof install was good but found it hard to communicate with some workers. This was important as some furniture couldn’t be removed prior to start which was a challenge to get across.
