After consulting a few companies for James Hardie siding it was clear to me there are a lot of under qualified representatives out there. Coastal sent Ryan and it was refreshing to talk to a professional about my siding project. He listened to what I wanted and walked me through options. Mark was very polite and helpful when he arrived to do an estimate for Coastal to redo my siding. He walked with me and explained how water could be getting inside my home and answered all of my questions. He was also very patient as I went back and forth between siding colors, I almost got the Regatta red. I'm looking forward to having my new siding finished and the moisture problem resolved.
