    I'm only in the beginning stages of our collaberation with Coastal WIndows, but it has been a great customer service experience starting with Shayne and working with Ryan Mahoney. Coastal Windows was the 9th team I've met with. We called Coastal when we had an on-going leak in our living room. Coastal Came and looked at a window they installed at least 6 years ago.     Excellent customer service! We met with Ryan about a major exterior rehab on our 75 year old home, including siding, gutters, and replacement of several original basement windows. He helped design a plan that will look great, always aware of size of our budget and making suggestions for areas to save that won’t compromise appearance or durability.     I've used coastal for both siding and windows going back over 5 years now. The team is always fast and super clean with the install. This past fall a storm blew off a couple rows of siding and they repaired it promptly. I will absolutely go back for any future projects.
