We are selling our home and the inspector had a concern about light that was coming through into attic from the roof. Dominic came and did an inspection from the attic and from on top of the roof. He also took pictures which he sent me along with a report of his findings. (Which he said there was no problem, our roof was properly sealed). I contacted Pete at this company asking for scraps for a dog house roof. He called me immediately, asked all about the project and said he’d be in contact next week. 30 minutes later called to tell me he had some scraps. Then he also gave me some underlaying and nails, helped me get it loaded and spent time explaining what I needed to do with it. He refused money. I used Colorado Superior Roofing after reading all of their fantastic reviews online and they absolutely didn't disappoint!! Plus, their a local company in Parker, which was also very appealing!
