Called Dan right after a wind storm in November. He came out the very next day to do some repairs on my roof as we were about to have a snow storm the next day. Dan and his crew are top notch. As a local Home Inspector I know I can trust them as an honest referall for my clients. Zach and his team arrived today on time for a multi-family residential inspection and together with myself and a local electrician we provided a full building inspection in less than a full days work. Highly recommended for roof inspections, repairs and full installation work. This is my first referall for Yakima and Kittitas county roofing inquiries hands down.

We needed someone to inspect and seal some roof fasteners following a home inspection. Dan responded to our inquiry, and provided the service we needed the very next day. Dan was prompt, professional, and thorough. We would highly recommend Dan and Columbia Plateau.
