Super nice people - covered some minor issues with our roof (a couple of shingles came loose) under the original warranty when they installed the roof. Also were very helpful - there was a woodpecker hole that was too high for our 20ft ladder to reach and they were nice enough to quickly patch that hold in the siding during the brief visit.
