Complete Roofing did a great job on my roof! Jordan and his team stood with me every step of the way as we battled this insurance company to get a full roof replacement after a recent tornado in early 2024 damaged our roof. The insurance company tried to only pay for doing a partial repair on our roof. Jordan, Jeremy and Complete Roofing continued to battle to get us a complete roof replacement and finally won. I chose Complete as my Strengthen Alabama Homes contractor. I did a lot of research and decided on Complete because of the way Jordan took the time to explain the process and the superiority of their product. I went ahead and upgraded to the pro shingle and had them work on my chimney as well; couldn’t be happier. They were fast, professional and , most of all, pleasant to deal with.
