Jordan Amstutz was very instrumental in helping me navigate the Strengthen Alabama website enabling me to receive my grant after trying for a couple of years on my own. His crew did a great job tearing off my old roof keeping shrub damage to a minimum. Jordan recommended additional roof vents to help the attic breathe, extending new shingle life. We were blessed to receive the $10K grant from Strengthen Alabama homes and choose Complete Roofing to replace our roof. From the first time we spoke to Jeremy to the writing of the check at completion, this company was professional, informative and cared about their customer service and satisfaction. Bill was phenomenal in providing excellent service when we first moved in. There were some outdated roofing issues that he promptly addressed and provided excellent recommendations on how to remedy a difficult situation. He was flexible to our schedule and his pricing was more than fair. Highly recommend and will be using him for anh future roof repairs/replacement!
