Scope of Work –

Shut water off to home and install a shut off valve

Disconnect gas

Cut copper as needed to connect to brand new tankless water heater

Install uni struts as needed to mount NORITZ EASY 98 non condensing unit can reuse smitty pan

Hard pipe hot and cold water lines and installing flush valves.

Reconnecting to existing T & P valve using CPVC or COPPER

Existing 4” exhaust vent can be used to vent to new tankless

Power source feeding existing tankless water heater will need to be configured to a GFI

12 year warranty on parts

25 years on heat exchanger

CVHS provides a 3 year warranty on parts and labor

Conejo home services will remove grass area where repair will be addressed and set to the side.

We will began to excavate 5 1/2 ft in depth to properly gain access to damaged section in drain line.

Once damaged section is exposed will removed up to 10 feet and address repair using schedule 40 PVC material with proper code required fittings.

After scope of work has been performed we will backfill and compact soil properly then install grass.

We will also excavate main sewer clean out access to install riser with threaded cap so customer has access to sewer system in front of home

Job includes a five year warranty on parts and labor
