Sales-TracyWe arrived to customer location to find a back up of bathroom , involving toilet tub and sink below is a detailed scope of work Sewer ReplacementWe will dig and expose exsisting clean out We will remove paver stones We will dig down approx 4 feet to expose sewer main We will excavate towards house and under crawl space We will follow sewer pipe until it reaches the first bathroom We will replace tub drain , toilet drain and sink drain in the detailed instructions above We will put back dirt and compact We will install two way cleanout for future maintenance We will assure other drain lines under home are ok , at this time one bathroom and parts of main line are very badly affected We will replace the horizontal remaining drain lines. This includes full under crawl space re drain cutting at verticals and attaching new drain lines

When cvha finishes work we will test all drains and assure proper drainage to city main is resolved 

Includes haul away of old cast iron pipe , includes a 25 year CONEJO warranty Includes put back of pavers that were removed by cvha

Sales-Jimmy**Call the daughter's number when headed to the location tom**Conejo home services will install 6“ x 6“ drain basin in center of atrium and attached to discharge line exiting side of atrium on left hand side that leads out to back patio where another broken section of line would need to be addressed and install drain basin by sliding door and back of home.

Scope of work includes the following: saw cut, jack hammer, and excavate a 10ft trench in atrium and attached to side drain in planter.

We will address damage section in back of home using PVC material.

Once scope of work has been performed We will backfill and compact soil properly.

Recommended Hydro jetting section in golf course where the drain line ties into so that all debris can be removed out of area drain line.
