Conejo does not patch/repair stucco, drywall, texture, paint, flooring, carpet, tile, etc. if needed a referral to a licensed contractor can be provided.

Scope of work :

- set up plastic containment in areas where work will be preformed

- cut drywall open to expose manifolds

- shut water off to house

- drain system down

- cut open manifold to confirm leaking line

- run fish tape to confirm end of line

- cap line off and turn water back on

- run new rigid copper line through garage

- strap copper line along is pathway

* run new 1/2” copper line to abandon feed to laundry if applicable

- rebuild manifolds to abandon old line in slab and feed new line over head

- shut water off and drain system down

- switch system over

- to water on and pressure test for leaks

- purge system of air

- double check meter to ensure there are no secondary

- clean up work area once job is complete

Sales- Nick S.During attempted reroute found that house was plumbed with fittings in slab. Providing estimate to repipe home ( master bathroom was redone approximately 3 years ago ).

Existing house domestic water system is piped with under slab copper and is experiencing leaks. Existing system has a slab leak and can continue to get persistent minor to major leaks and is recommended to re pipe.

Multiple holes will be cut in drywall to perform re pipe project. CONEJO does not repair or replace drywall damage nor is it included in this estimate. Drywall will be removed and what pieces aren’t broken will be screwed back in place. Not every piece of drywall will be able to be removed in one piece.

* due to age of home, drywall will need to be tested for asbestos prior to cutting ( repipe will require more than 100 sf of drywall removal ). Dry wall can be treated as “hot” and cut out by a company licensed under containment. Or homeowner can remove drywall or hire a 3rd party to remove drywall ( Conejo will mark areas with tape to be removed if this option is chosen ). Estimate does not reflect labor for Conejo cutting any drywall.

- New system will consist of uponor pex material and will be ran overhead.

- New exposed piping with be ran in type “L” copper

- All new piping will be insulated, strapped, and isolated through all penetrations.

- All new incoming water service with new regulator, ball valve, relief valve, hose bib, and copper pipe/fittings.

- New thermal expansion tank at existing tankless water heater.

- Tie-ins to existing plumbing system in master bathroom.

- Tie-ins in ceiling for first floor

- New stub outs with quarter turn style angle stops and stainless braided supply lines on first floor

- New quarter turn style angle stops with stainless steel braided supply lines on 2nd floor

- Tie into existing tub/shower valves in guest bath(s)

Scope of Work:

Diagnosis: Locate and isolate the gas leak/damage at the specified 90° fitting.

Preparation: Shut off gas supply, purge line, and prepare the work area.

Removal: Carefully cut out and remove the compromised 1.5-inch galvanized 90° fitting and associated pipe sections.

Installation: Install new, code-compliant materials (black iron or new galvanized steel as per local code) including a new 1.5-inch 90° elbow fitting.

Testing: Perform a pressure test on the repaired section to ensure all connections are leak-proof as required by local code.

Restoration: Restore gas service, relight pilot lights (if applicable), and ensure the area is clean and safe
