Project Description

This estimate outlines the proposed scope of work and estimated costs for rerouting one bathroom's plumbing approximately 20 feet to the main sewer line in the front yard using pvc piping and installing a Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner for an existing 32-foot section of the main sewer line under the house.

Scope of Work

Phase 1: Reroute Bathroom Plumbing

Labor & Materials: Reroute existing waste and supply lines from the specified bathroom fixtures includes one toilet, wash bowl, and shower approximately 20 linear feet to connect to the main sewer line in the front yard.

Trenching/Excavation: Mechanical excavation to expose the main sewer line connection point. This estimate assumes standard soil conditions and easy access.

Connections: All necessary connections, fittings, and testing to ensure proper function and compliance with local plumbing codes required for the new plumbing work and connection to the sewer main.

Phase 2: CIPP Sewer Pipe Lining (32 ft)

Inspection: Pre-installation camera inspection to assess pipe condition and confirm suitability for lining.

Cleaning: High-pressure water jetting (hydro-jetting) to clear the 32-foot section of any debris or roots before lining.

Installation: Installation of a Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner for the specified 32 linear feet under the house. This method is trench less and requires minimal excavation points.

We will also excavate and install main sewer cleanout access located on right side at home for one bathroom.

Job includes a 25-year warranty on parts and labor.

* use angle grinder to limit depth

- demo concrete and haul away

- excavate earth to expose leak

- turn water on and visually confirm leak

- clean out section of pipe containing leak

- clean/prep pipe ends

- repair with new pipe and fittings

- pressure test for leaks

- back fill earth to a compact finish

- add sand base if necessary

- rough patch of concrete with broomed finish

- clean up work area once job is complete
