We will replace a 40 gallon water heater with a new 40 gallon electric with new water heater stand and pan drain Drain and remove the old water heater.

Install a new 40 gallon water heater.

Install a new drain pan.

Sheetmetal the base.Install a new electric flex connector, water connectors, supply ball valve shut-off and quake strap.

Install expansion tank at supply line of water.

Hook T&P valve up to existing copper line.

Tax and permits are included in the price of cost.

6 year tank 6 year parts and 1 year labor warranty - 40 Gal Kit - Bradford Water Heater 40 GalInstalled comfort pump at furthest fixline with proper mix it valve at cold water side. NOTE: Customer will not get water where valve is installed due to the mixing of hot to cold water.
