Provide all labor and materials necessary to reroute the existing kitchen and laundry drain lines around the rear patio and along the side of the home, approximately 25 linear feet, routing through soil and into the garage area. Total reroute is 80 feet.

Work includes:

• Excavation through soil along side of home (approx. 25 feet)

• Saw cutting and jackhammering of garage concrete floor as required for access

• Removal of existing drain piping as necessary

• Installation of new PVC drain piping routed to the main sewer line located at the front of the home

• Proper slope, fittings, and connections per applicable plumbing codes

• Secure tie-in to the main sewer line

• Backfilling and rough patching where plumbing work is performed (plumbing access only)

Materials

• Schedule 40 PVC pipe and fittings

• Approved couplings and connectors

• Primer, cement, and related plumbing materials

All materials supplied are new and code-compliant.

Warranty

All parts and labor are warranted for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of completion against defects in workmanship and materials related to the plumbing installation.

Exclusions

The following are not included in this estimate:

• Stucco repair or replacement

• Concrete finish work, coating, or cosmetic restoration

• Tile, flooring, drywall, paint, or any non-plumbing repairs

• Permits, inspections, or engineering fees unless otherwise stated

Contractor is not responsible for stucco or concrete repairs beyond plumbing access.

Financing $12500.00
