Arrived to clients home to see about a possible hot water slab leak , this was noticed by the customer as their floor was warm. This line potentially comes from kitchen manifold to feed of the main bathrooms. Please see below on what this job scope entails WHOLE HOUSE REPIPEWHOLE HOUSE REPIPE in PEX PIPE 

This includes two bathroom repipe Bathroom 1 New shower valve with smitty plate Toilet water supply Lavatory hot and cold supply 

Bathroom 2 Plumb into shower valve (may need to add smitty plate only) to be able to tie into existing shower valve Toilet water supplyLavatory hot and cold supply 

Kitchen hot and cold supply 

Laundry located in garage 

Water heater 

Main water 1 inch 

Replace manifold and irrigation compression tee , new shut off valve for main water

Add hose bib to outside porch area , no hose bib is currently there 

Garage hose bib in back yard is in the concrete , we will tie into this hose bib by re connecting to copper in garage

Fix cleanout tee located near main water incoming , since we will have the stucco open , we will cut old existing cleanout out , and replace with a new pvc cleanout and plug 

We will also install a new 50 gallon water heater Bradford white with code upgrades and sheet metal base 

We will run main water lines in chase and strap accordingly 

This does not include stucco patch , paint , concrete or water damage 

This includes drywall patch only where CONEJO opens sections of drywall. Drywall will be paint ready 

25 year CONEJO warranty on water pipes CONEJO replaces. 

Does not include any irrigation water lines of any kind 

50 Gallon Bradford White & KitDrain and remove the old water heater.

Sales-JimmyExisting under slab cast iron sewer is severely corroded, back graded, and should be replaced. Replacement of this sewer will require flooring, concrete, and drywall demo to gain access to the entire system. Upstairs master bathroom is tied in to down stairs bathroom and we will reconnect to system when tunnel in under downstairs bathroom and addressing all fixtures. Fixtures include in the downstairs bathroom one toilet and wash bowl.

When addressing bathroom on left side of home, we will saw cut , jackhammer, and excavate across garage and tie in to reroute from exterior for one bathroom using PVC material.

Saw cut concrete

Jackhammer and remove concrete.

Excavate trenching for new sewer piping.

One bathroom can be tunneled under for replacement.

Install all new pvc sewer piping to exterior 4” ABS cleanout.

Drywall or stucco behind toilets, under sinks, and behind sink will need to be cut to attach to existing venting system.

Plug and fill system to leak check.

Backfill trenching.

We will also open up section of drywall that vertical line attaches to sinks for master bathroom sink drain line using PVC material

And concrete rough patching

Cvhs 25 year parts/labor warranty.
