Shut water off to the house and drain down a bit

Shut off both circ pumps at the timers

Left side tankless-

Cut and install a 3/4” ball valve on the incoming cold horizontal piping.

Replace both the hot and cold shut off valves to the tankless and pipe in as needed

Right side tankless-

Cut and install a 1” ball valve and repair coupling on the incoming cold vertical piping

Replace both the hot and cold shut off valves to tankless and pipe in as needed

NOTE- There are no cold water isolation valve to units. Per code. Isolation valves on the cold side before the tanklesses need to be installed

Replace both sets of shut offs to both tankless (both sets are frozen and have leaked)

Flush both tankless after work is completed
