Replace existing tank water heater with new Bradford white 40 gallon (SKINNY) tank water heater upstairs on second floor in closet on balcony. May need 2 ppl and a dolly.

Install new stainless steel water heater flex connectors.

Install new temperature/pressure relief valve and drain to exterior.

Install new water heater earthquake strapping.
