Tie in existing circ line. Install hose bib down stream from check valve for a bleed point per code

Re attach to existing T&P line

Sales- Jimmy Conejo home services will open up drywall and downstairs bathroom ceiling a 2 x 2 hole to properly gain access to damage section once damage sections exposed. We will remove vent 90 and two sections at pipe or joint meats vent line coming through subfloor and repair up to 5 feet using PVC material..

Once scope of work has been performed. We will tape and cover damage section of drywall and test for leaks
